On October 28, 2021 the Awards for Officer of the Year, Civilian of the Year Award, Ally of the Year Award, and the Deb Jolly Woman in Leadership Award were presented.

- To highlight the work of Alberta Public Safety women
- To increase interest and awareness of AWIPS
- To advance AWIPS Mission and Vision
